Products

  • How can I tell what size I need for an item. 

Our sizings may vary depending on the type of product you are purchasing and the manufacturer. Please consult the product listing for detailed information on sizing. If you have a questions about any product, please email support@eskimokissesboutique.com and we will be happy to help you!

  • Is x product in another size/color?

We list all the products available on our site. If you'd like, you may email support and we can try to help find the variation you are looking for.

  • Can I request a product?
Due to the nature of our relationship with our suppliers, we cannot guarantee that we will have any product available or even be able to procure it. Our attitude though is that it can't hurt to ask. We are here to make you happy, so send us your question and we will try to help out. 

    Orders

    • Can I save my order or cart?
    Create an account with our site to allow you to save orders, get updates on coupons and sales and much more.
    • I'm having trouble at checkout, what should I do?
    Please verify that all your payment and billing information is correct. If you have double-checked everything and it's still not working, send us an email at support@eskimokissesboutique.com and we can help you troubleshoot!
    • Do you allow bulk orders?
    If you have extremely large orders please contact support first before completing your order. We would like to be sure that we can get your order fulfilled no matter the size!
    • Do you have any options to customize items on your site?
    Currently we do not offer options to customize, however, check back frequently as we update our offerings. 

      Shipping

      • How long will shipping take?
      We source our products from manufacturers worldwide. Because our manufacturers are worldwide sometimes it can take a little time for your products to ship to you. We ask that you kindly be prepared for shipping to take up to 30 days to arrive. Should you have any questions please feel free to contact support for order and shipping updates. In certain cases, shipping times may take longer. 
      • Is international shipping available?
      We do have international shipping options available. In most cases our store is programmed to calculate shipping directly to your door!
      Returns/Exchanges
      • Do you accept returns/exchanges?
      Returns and exchanges are accepted on a limited case-by-case basis. Since our products come from a variety of sources (i.e. overstock orders, manufacturer direct etc..) we cannot guarantee that we have different sizes/colors etc... If you have an issue with a product, please email support@eskimokissesboutique.com for assistance.
